<p>Seriously!!! Can you remember what you had to eat ( and how much)last week, last month??? This design is flawed.</p>
<p>Secondly, all meat is lumped togther with no regard for the type. Lunch meat, meat on pizza, Spam, grass fed&#8212;-meat is meat.</p>
<p>We know know there are significant nutritional differences between conventional bought beef and grass-fed, grass finished beef.</p>

<p>Paleo gets us back to our roots, with regards to our eating habits and styles.</p>
<p>Chiropractic allows for the mind-body connection to manifest.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Eating Paleo results in some dramatic changes to those suffering from auto-immune diseases.</p>
<p>Chiropractic care has many, many case studies of people that have autoimmune challenges getting wonderful results.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Paleo gets your body to function better by eliminating the want to does not need&#8212;sugar, wheat and dairy, etc.</p>
<p>Chiropractic gets your body to function better by eliminating the interference.</p>

<div id="document">Doctors urge us to pop an aspirin a day to help prevent heart disease – and more recently, cancer – but this casual use does more harm than good, a new study has discovered.<br />
The risk of stomach bleeding is too high, and only people with existing heart problems or history of stroke should continue taking the medication, say researchers from St George’s, University of London.<br />
The researchers analysed the results of nine trials, involving 102,621 people regularly taking aspirin.  They discovered that the drug increased the amount of life-threatening stomach bleeding by 30 per cent, but did not reduce the levels of deaths from heart attack, stroke or cancer.<br />
Overall, they said, the risks outweighed any benefits.<br />
